contacted Leybridge Limited and spoke to Jamie who was very helpful. Within a
day they had found me a lender who was willing to take on my case. However upon
explaining to Jamie that I had the £3,000 to make up for the shortfall in
my offer, instead of advising me to go ahead with the re-mortgage and pay their
fees, he explained that I would be better off offering that in writing to my current
lender and trying to negotiate repayment terms with them. He
also explained my rights and possible worst case scenarios and that in any event,
I still had the 'in principle' offer should I ever need it. Furthermore he offered
to always be on the other end of the phone should I need further advice and support.
All this without charging me a penny! I
have always been cynical about company testimonials but Leybridge Limited has
proved to be an ethical company. I will recommend them to anyone!" |
